Friday November 15, 2024 1:00pm - 1:45pm HST
This session will focus on understanding and addressing the self-identified needs of school and academic librarians through a data-driven approach. Attendees will explore the beginnings of this project, help us to create a survey that aims to capture these needs, and provide feedback about the ways in which the findings of the survey can inform strategies for supporting professional growth and resilience. The goal is to foster collaboration and collective advancement in an evolving educational landscape, while ultimately strengthening our shared information literacy efforts.
